Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Fretboard ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
In-app purchases
The App may offer optional paid content (e.g. an unlock for additional scales, modes, or arpeggios) as non-consumable in-app purchases. Pricing is shown in the App before you buy. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment card details. Billing, refunds, and Family Sharing are governed by Apple's terms and policies. Restoring purchases is available inside the App.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
